The Central Government is requested to provide vaccines in appropriate quantities to us.
Kejriwal said that ever since the vaccination campaign for people below 45 years has been started in Delhi, there is a lot of enthusiasm among the youth. People are very happy with the system of vaccination that we have done in schools. Right now there is a system of vaccination in 100 schools, in the coming time, we will increase it to 300 schools. We have made all preparations for this. Today, about one lakh vaccines are being installed in Delhi every day, 50,000 vaccines are being given to people below 45 years and 50,000 vaccines to people above 45 years of age.
People from outside Delhi are coming here and getting vaccinated, including people from Noida, Ghaziabad and surrounding areas, they also like our system in Delhi. Today there is a shortage of vaccines.
If we get enough vaccine, then we want to vaccinate the whole of Delhi in three months. If there are 1.5 crore people over the age of 18 in Delhi, then 3 crore vaccines are needed.
