Rajiv Satava was considered to be very close to Rahul Gandhi, the former president of the Congress. Many senior Congress leaders including Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi have mourned the demise of Rajiv.
Congress MP Rajiv Satav was found to be Corona infected on 22 April. He was admitted to the Jahangir Hospital in Pune. His condition deteriorated here and he was then put on a ventilator.
