Drugs Case: All three accused including Aryan Khan will remain in NCB custody till tomorrow- The Narcotics Control Bureau on Saturday raided a cruise rave party in Mumbai and detained several people, including Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan. On Sunday, NCB arrested Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha and got them medical. At the same time, three have been produced in the court at seven in the evening. The three accused have been sent to NCB custody till October 4.
Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha’s counsel presented their side in the court hearing that lasted for about an hour. At the same time, NCB has also given its arguments. The court, listening to all, has sent the three accused to NCB custody for one day i.e. till October 4. Aryan Khan and the rest were brought back to the NCB office from the court. The Sunday night of the three accused will be spent in the cell built in the NCB office.
Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmu Dhamecha were made to enter the court through the back door. During this, Aryan Khan was very scared. During the hearing in the court, the counsel for the three accused sought permission from the court to meet the accused. On this the court allowed him.
During the hearing in the court, NCB’s lawyer has said that Aryan Khan is only accused of consuming drugs. NCB has sought remand of the accused till October 5 from the court. The NCB has said that the investigation is still on and further inquiries will have to be made. The NCB said that the WhatsApp chats have been scanned, in which the names of many paddlers have come up. He needs further inquiry. NCB said that we have solid evidence, WhatsApp chat shows that all the accused were already in contact with each other.
Advocate Satish Manshinde, appearing for Aryan Khan, said that Aryan Khan did not go to the cruise party on his behalf, and neither did he have a ticket to the party. He was invited to the party. Nothing was found in his bag either. No chat is also found on Aryan Khan’s phone. Satish Manshinde has sought one-day custody of Aryan Khan from the court. He has said that so that he can file the bail application in the regular court and the NCB does not oppose the bail application.
