Big drop in popularity of PM Modi: Survey In the last 24 hours in India, a record 4,529 people have died from Corona. This is more than 4,475 deaths in one day in the month of January in America. With this, 2.67 lakh new cases of corona infection have been registered in the last 24 hours. The total cases of corona infection in India have crossed 25 million.
This is the seventh time since May 12 when the daily deaths due to Kovid in India remained above 4000. Since Monday, new cases of corona in India are coming down by three lakhs.

According to a survey, there has been a big decline in the popularity of Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi. When the people of India are devastated by the second wave of Corona and thousands of deaths are being done every day, the result of the survey is not considered to be very shocking.
Modi was elected Prime Minister in 2014 and again became Prime Minister again in 2019 with a large majority after three decades.
But the killings of the Kovid-19 epidemic in India are so strong that common people are suffering and the whole system has proved to be a failure. This week, cases of corona infection have reached 25 million.
American data intelligence company Morning Consult conducted a survey on Modi’s popularity and the result of the same survey was released on Tuesday.
Morning Consult started the survey on Modi’s popularity from August 2019 and this is the biggest decline since then. Modi’s overall rating stood at 63% this week. This is a 22 point drop compared to April. According to the survey, with the increasing outbreak of Corona in the metros, Modi’s popularity has declined.
The Modi government says that it is trying its best to deal with the Corona epidemic. This month, an agency called YouGov also conducted a survey regarding the Modi government.
In this survey too, people’s trust in the government has been reduced in dealing with the epidemic. Only 59 percent of the people surveyed said that the government had done a good job in dealing with the crisis. In the previous wave of Corona, the number of such people was 89 percent. Modi does not have to face the first general election of 2024.
Bihar is fighting against whom Corona is fighting
Bihar Health Minister Mangal Pandey has said that the services of trained rural health workers will be taken to help the patients of Corona patients in rural areas and for home isolation patients.
These health workers will eventually be paid 200 rupees per patient in exchange for work. The amount will be paid directly through DBT to Aadhaar linked bank account.
Singapore said- there is absolutely no truth in Kejriwal’s words
On Tuesday, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had demanded a shutdown of air services between Singapore and New Delhi.
Kejriwal had said that the new form of Corona that came to Singapore is very dangerous for children and in India it can come in the form of third wave.
Kejriwal had appealed in his tweet: Air services with Singapore should be canceled with immediate effect and the vaccine options for children should be worked on priority basis.
In response to Arvind Kejriwal’s tweet, the Diplomatic Mission of Singapore in India has said that this is not true. Singapore in India, the official Twitter handle of the Singapore Diplomatic Mission, retweeted Kejriwal’s tweet, writing, “There is no truth in you that a new strain of Kovid has arrived in Singapore.” Investigation has shown that B.1.617.2 variant is present in most cases of Kovid and in recent weeks the same variant has been found in children as well.
There was a report in the Indian media on the new variant of Kovid, which was dangerous for children and linked to the third wave in India. This variant was called the Singapore variant. Singapore’s Ministry of Health has rejected it.
The Health Ministry said that there is no Singapore variant and that the Corona cases that have been reported in recent weeks, B.1.617.2 variants have been found and it was first found in India only.
