3 Terrorists Killed in an Encounter and a policeman died in Srinagar:- An encounter with security forces in Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir), three terrorist have been killed. During this operation, one police personnel also died as per the latest report. After knowing the presence of terrorists there, the security forces started a cordon and search operation in Fateh Kadal in downtown side of the city.

The terrorists have been recognized as Mehrajuddin Bangroo, Fahad Waza and over ground specialist Rayees (child of the house proprietor where the encounter occurred), they said. Constable Kamal died during this whole operation
An encounter operation was occurred by CRPF and J&K police after getting some information last night. After reaching there, house was cordoned off and the party who provide us this information was fired upon when we reached close the house. Our Jawan Kamal Kishore killed by the terrorist during this operation,” Jammu and Kashmir DGP Dilbag Singh said.
This operation convert into an encounter operation after terrorist started fire on security forces. The area administration has shut all educational institution and schools in the city for a security purpose and mobile internet services have also been stopped.
