New Maruti WagonR 2019 Booking Open: -The new Maruti Suzuki WagonR is now open for booking on a down payment of 11,000 rupees. It is to be launched in India on January 23 and will be launched on this date. New WagonR will be offered in three variants of L, V, and Z and in six color options of Blue, Brown, Gray, Orange, Silver and White.

Maruti Suzuki WagonR will get many updates compared to its earlier variants and new safety features. Located on the same platform as the Ignis and Swift, WagonR will claim the best in a new design language, broad stance, large interiors, class boot space with a new engine lineup.
Maruti Suzuki WagonR now measures 3,655 mm in length, 1,620 mm in width and 1,675 mm in height, while the wheelbase will measure 2,435 mm with a ground clearance of 170 mm. Weight is also reduced by 65 kg, due to the fact that 2019 WagonR is based on a Heartect platform. The only platform that forms the basis of the new Maruti cars such as Dzire, Swift, Ignis and Baleno.

The new WagonR will have two engine options. 1.0 liters, 3 cylinders, K10B engines will offer 67 bhp power and 90 Nm torque for 5-speed manual gearbox and AMT, while 1.2 liters, 4 cylinder engines will provide 89 bhp power and 113 Nm torque in a 5-speed. Due to these enhanced features and new engine lineup, the new price is higher than the Outgoing WagonR. However, to date, no definitive price details have been revealed, but prices of Rs.4.5-6 lakh can be expected by the new WagonR. It will hit the launch of the recently launched Hyundai Santro, Datsun Go, Renault kwid and Tata Tiago.
