New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the 10th board result results (10th Board Exam Result 2021). According to the notification, the result of the board exam will be released by June 20, which was cancelled due to the Kovid-19 epidemic.

CBSE issued a marking policy

Earlier on Saturday, the board announced a marking policy for the cancelled exam. Under this policy, 20 numbers in each subject will be based on internal assessment and 80 numbers during examinations. CBSE Examination Controller Sanyam Bhardwaj said, ‘Schools will also have to ensure that the numbers given by them are in line with the school’s performance in the previous board exams of 10th standard.

Schools that are biased in the assessment will be fined or their affiliation will be cancelled. Meanwhile, the board said in an official letter on Saturday that it will release the results of the 10th students on June 20. This time there are 21.5 lakh children in 10th standard.

Significantly, the 10th examination was cancelled due to the Corona epidemic. In such a situation, the Board has formulated an evaluation policy regarding the examination result. According to this, the result of the students will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the unit test, half-yearly examination and pre-board examination. The examination for each subject of 10th is 100 marks.

In this, the school gives 20 marks on the basis of internal assessment, while 80 marks are the main examination. In this, the scores of internal assessment have been uploaded by most schools on the CBSE website. Schools that have not uploaded these marks so far, will have to upload them by June 11.

According to the board, now the schools have to evaluate the remaining 80 marks after the examinations are cancelled. For this, the examinations conducted by schools in the academic year 2020-21 will be made the basis. It will consist of 10 marks unit test, 30 marks half-yearly examination and 40 marks pre-board examination.

A committee will be formed to prepare the results in every school. It will consist of the Principal of the school and seven teachers. It will have five teachers from different disciplines and two from the nearest school. At the same time, schools have been asked to prepare the results by May 25 and submit the report by June 5.

At the same time, for the students whose compartment will come, the schools will have to conduct the examination after the declaration of the result. These exams will be conducted online or offline, in which objective questions will be asked based on the sample paper released by CBSE. After evaluating this exam also, schools have to upload marks on the official website of CBSE.

Disagree students will be able to take the exam

Students who do not agree with the assessment made by the board will be given the opportunity to take the exam. However, it will depend on the circumstances at that time. CBSE released sample papers for the students of Saturday 12th, which have been uploaded on the official website of the board. The board has not yet released any dates after the postponement of the examinations. According to the board, students will be informed 15 days before the release of dates.
