Qualification (All the above):
- Good academic record from recognized university or institute and minimum 55% marks
- Get a master’s degree in related subjects with equivalent grade.
- Pass the UGC’s National Eligibility Test (Net) or equivalent qualification examination held at the state level (slate/set).
- As per the rules issued in UGC year 2009, candidates needed PhD degree from the net /slate/set.
- It is not mandatory to have NET / Slate / set in subjects that do not organize the Net / Slate / set in UGC.
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected through interview.

- Firstly login to the University website (www.allduniv.ac.in/).
- Give Title as per you Departments / Centers / Institutes of the University of Allahabad has been given.
- Advertisement and application form links are provided here. First, click the Advertisement link.
- The new screen will now open on the new webpage. Read it carefully and post your qualifications, Check it out.
- Then click on the application form link on the previous webpage. By doing so, the application form format will be available on your computer.
- Take out the printout on its A4 size paper. Then fill out the application according to the guidelines in the notification.
- Paste the colour photograph of your passport size along with the place at the right place.
- Attached Self-Attested Photocopy of the certificates needed with the filled application and attach it in an envelope.
- After this, send the envelope prepared by post to the fixed address till the scheduled date.
