Sitaram Yechuri Son died: Yechury tweeted on Thursday, ‘I have had to inform you with great sadness that I have lost my elder son Ashish Yechury this morning due to Covid-19 (Covid-19).

The elder son of Communist Party of India (Marxist) general secretary Sitaram Yechuri (Ashita Yechuri) has died due to Coronavirus. The left leader has given this information through Twitter himself. He thanked the people for giving hope in difficult times. Apart from this, senior Congress leader and former Minister of Delhi Government Dr. Ashok Kumar Walia also said goodbye to the world in the capital Delhi.

Yechury tweeted on Thursday, ‘I have had to inform you with great sadness that I have lost my elder son Ashish Yechury this morning due to Kovid-19. Those who gave us hope and would like to thank the doctors, nurses, frontline health workers, sanitation workers and others who have stood by us, who have treated us. ‘

Communist Party paid tribute

The Communist Party of India (Marxist) has paid tribute to the demise of the son of the senior leader. According to CPI-M’s official website, the party said, “We are deeply sorry to announce the death of Sitaram Yechury and Indrani Majumdar’s son Ashish Yechury on this morning (April 22).” He died due to complications related to Kovid. He was 35 years old. The Polit Bureau expresses its deepest condolences to Sitaram and Indrani, his wife Swati, his sister Akhila and all other members of the bereaved family.
