Salary
Employees appointed on contract basis will be given a fixed salary. In this, the Chief Marketing Officer will get Rs 42-48 lakh in a year. In which 10% will be variable pay i.e. it will be met according to 10% performance. After this, Deputy Vice President will get 20-23 lakhs annually and the Assistant Vice President will get 16-19 lakhs annually. Apart from this, senior executives will get 12-15 lakh rupees annually.
